Here are the Terms Of Use for Digital Imaging Licenses Purchased. Should there be any amendments or updates they will be posted here.

All signature tag and stationery makers are advised that these terms are strictly enforced. The Artist is given the freedom to amend any standard term(s) of use they feel is need for their images at any time. When creating tags please refer to these Standard Terms of Use and any updates the artist has applied for the usage of her images. You can find the updates under “PSP TOU” page and will also be included with any purchases.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF THE ARTIST’S IMAGES ARE IDENTIFIED CORRECTLY WITH COPYRIGHTS AND LICENSE NUMBERS. THIS IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

TERMS OF USE (TOU)
(for use with digital licensing)
1. No image may exceed 72 dpi (dots per inch) or ppi (pixels per inch). However the elements you use in your creations such as borders, text and other effect elements may be a large as you would like.
2. No image may exceed 6 inches (432ppi) on its longest side.
3. No image, composition or product may be REDISTRIBUTED, bartered, or sold FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT OR break even endeavors in any way. Donation buttons cannot be placed on sites using the Artist’s images.
4. All images must have a copyright symbol (©), Artists full name, website, and your License # clearly legible on all tags, sigs, or stationary. You may use your own watermark, or reference to yourself as in (tagged by, sig by, tag by) type markings, however you may not claim a © "your name", nor may you place your website URL on any tags/sigs made.

If there is an issue with group ratings, crediting the tag with the artists web url is not required. The copyright symbol © with the artist's full name and your license number must still be displayed legibly.

5. The integrity of the Artist’s Images may not be modified, or changed (except tubing for personal, individual use only). Close up profiles (portrait poses, waist/chest up) of images are acceptable. No heads may be cropped off or switched at any time.
6. No animated body parts that misrepresents the image is allowed. No animation that would alter the rating of the image from a G to another rating is allowed. Elements of the tags such as clothing may be sparkled or animated. Borders, lettering, names, etc. may be added, animated, sparkled, etc. to enhance the main image. You MAY NOT remove clothing from any image. Other than that, full animation is allowed.
7. You may change any Artists image to black and white or monotone when making a monotone or one-color signature tag. You MAY NOT alter the colors of an image in any other way.
8. Placement of "small" elements to cover prohibited parts of Artists R rated images in order to allow for their usage in PG rated groups is permitted. You may NOT create clothes or clone cloths without permission from the artist.
9. An Artists' work may not be blended with the work of another Artist.
10. Stock photography or clip art may be used in any signature tags created with any of the Artist’s work. You may use your own photography or other “made by you “elements.
11. All illegal use of Artist images should be reported to muddvision@muddvision.com.
12. You may use only the Artist’s images you have Licensed. If you have been using the Artist images for which you currently do not have a paid Artist License you MUST purchase a license or discontinue use of the images.
13. You may create tutorials using the Artists images however you must very clearly state on the page that persons following the tutorial must not use the same images in the tutorial unless they have the appropriate Artist license to do so.
14. Artist’s images may not be used in any commercial endeavor. To find out about commercially licensing images, please contact the Artist at muddvision@muddvision.com.
15. Snag tags are permitted. Blank tags are NOT permitted. All creations must have either a saying (for example a "snag tag") or a personalized name on them.
16. Artist images may NOT be printed in any way, shape or form. All licenses are for personal online use ONLY!
17. Sharing of images or tubes licenses is absolutely NOT permitted. Failure to comply with this could result in the forfeit of your license # and the usage of purchased images.
18. Incredimail Stationery (stat), desk top themes (wall papers), and calendars are allowed. Appropriate copyright must be given in two (2) places on the stationery:
1. By the actual artwork on the stat and
2. In the credits at the bottom of the stat.
19. Artist’s images may NOT be used in any creations on groups or sites that support or suggest any support in any form of racial, religious, lifestyle or age discrimination/hate/prejudice. Artist images may also not be used in any groups/sites that promote or encourage the defamation, slander, harassment or libel against ANY person, organization, business, race or culture.
